Up into the mountains: to Lenggries and Brauneck Mountain

Coming from Munich, you can reach our hotel, set in the lovely Isarwinkel region, in a short amount of time. Arriving via the motorway will bring you to the idyllic Lenggries in 60 km, or just under an hour south of the Bavarian capital, within close proximity of the spa town of Bad Tölz. The hotel is situated in a peaceful location at the edge of the town centre of Lenggries. Enjoy the fantastic hiking and ski area, which, of course, also includes a mountain railway and numerous walking trails.

Arriving by car

On the A8 motorway Munich-Salzburg, take the Holzkirchen exit and then continue on the B13, heading through Bad Tölz to Lenggries. The A95 Munich-Garmisch-Partenkirchen motorway will also take you to Bad Tölz and Lenggries via the Sindelsdorf exit. In Lenggries, drive toward the edge of the town and head left over the railway tracks. Then turn left into Münchner Straße and continue straight ahead for 400 metres.

Arriving by train

The Lenggries railway station can be reached from the hotel in just 5 minutes' walk. From there a regularly scheduled train connects Munich and Lenggries. Additionally, we offer a bus transfer between the hotel and railway station according to availability.

Arriving by plane

Munich's Franz Josef Strauss Airport is located approximately 90 km from Lenggries. The airport bus or S-Bahn (city train) will take you from there to Munich's main train station. You can reach us directly by taxi, train or hire car.
